Oats are extremely healthy. But inspite of the nutritional benefits, most of us do prefer oats because of its bland taste. There are some interesting ways to include the whole grain into your diet, and they are surprisingly delicious. Try them out.
1- Blend oats
When it comes to adding oats to your meal, it does not get any better than a smoothie. Just add all your fruits (apple banana, walnuts), milk, and oats in a blender to make a delicious smoothie. Drink this any time of the day to give your body a healthy punch.
2- Mix with fruits
For a healthy snack, just put together some oats, apples and raisins. Packed with fibre this snack can go a long way in keeping you full and preventing hunger pangs.
3- Make oats salad
An oats salad can be another interesting way to fill your tummy. Simply boil oats and combine it with veggies such as cherry tomato, sprouted beans, minced onion, cucumber and parsley for a scrumptious salad.
4- Combine with milk
Oats with milk must be a regular feature on your breakfast table. Now give a twist to it by adding cinnamon powder and honey. You can also combine it with grated apple nuts and dry fruits for a delicious breakfast.
5- Prepare oats poha
