Coffee is very popular as a morning drink. Many people throughout the world choose to drink a cup of coffee to start the day in order to make the body and mind fresher. According to a 2011 report in the “Archives of Internal Medicine”, said that women who drank two to three cups of coffee a day were fifteen percent less likely to experience depression, and those who drank four cups of coffee had a twenty percent lower risk.
